The Water Institute looks forward to welcoming DMDU 2026 attendees to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, November 9–12, 2026. Attendees can use this page to find directions to The Estuary, information on where to park and the meeting agenda to help navigate the week's sessions and activities.
The Estuary at The Water Campus is located at 1110 River Road, S. Baton Rouge, LA 70802.
Parking Information
Attendees arriving by car should use the parking lot along River Road, directly across from The Estuary. Follow the signs for The Water Campus and use caution when crossing River Road to reach the venue entrance.
Driving Directions from the Hilton
From the Hilton, head south on Lafayette Street toward Convention Street. Turn right onto Convention Street, then left onto River Road. Continue south following River Road beneath the Mississippi River Bridge toward The Water Campus.
As you approach The Estuary, the parking lot will be on your left, directly across River Road from the venue's ramp. Allow 10–15 minutes for driving and parking. Travel times may vary depending on downtown traffic.

Walking Directions from the Hilton
Attendees staying at the Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center can reach The Estuary on foot. The venue is approximately 1.6 km (1 mile) from the hotel, along the Mississippi River. Allow approximately 20–25 minutes for the walk.
From the hotel, head south toward the riverfront and follow the riverfront route toward The Water Campus. Continue toward the Mississippi River Bridge and The Estuary at 1110 S. River Road.
