Danielle Claudet, Human Resources Coordinator and Office Administrator, supports the overall administration, planning, and implementation of human resources processes while overseeing office operations for the Baton Rouge and New Orleans offices. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Family, Child, and Consumer Sciences from Louisiana State University, and her professional experience spans from managing day-to-day operations to managing high-level regional initiatives.
Throughout her career, Danielle has consistently improved workflows and streamlined operations. During her time at Breakthrough T1D (formerly the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), she worked in outreach and support, coordinating resources and assistance for families while always keeping the human component in focus. This experience now informs her work at The Water Institute, where she fosters and maintains collaborative environments across the workplace.
Danielle also brings a spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation to her work, drawing from her experience co-founding the Screen-printing and Embroidery company Coastal Threads with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, and her daughters especially appreciate the homemade pizza she makes nearly every Friday night.
