Review of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Hurricane Storm Damage Risk Reduction Evaluation (September 2012)

In response to requests from Senator David Vitter and Colonel Ed Fleming, The Water Institute of the Gulf engaged in an ‘over the shoulder review’ of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Hurricane Isaac Pre- and 2012 100-year Hurricane Storm Damage Risk Reduction System Evaluation. This included a quick turnaround review of the report draft. The comments provided by the Institute are included in the USACE final report as an Appendix. The final report reflects changes in response to those comments.
