Jeni Page, Human Resources Manager, brings 30 years of experience in human resources to The Water Institute with a focus on recruiting, employee relations, diversity, and compliance. Before joining The Water Institute in 2022, Page was the Director of Human Resources with PacTec, Inc. where she developed processes and training to improve the employee life-cycle experience from recruitment to on-boarding to streamline the hiring process and cultivate a culture of inclusion. Prior to that, Page was the HR manager for Roco Rescue, where she developed the HR processes and procedures for the company, CC’s Coffee House, LLC, and Raising Cane’s.

Page is a national member of the Society for Human Resource Management and received a diversity and compliance certification from HR Unlimited, Inc. as a qualify training for SHRM continuing education credits.
