BATON ROUGE, La. (July 19, 2023) – The Committee of 100 for Economic Development, Inc. (C100) announced this morning that they have selected Beaux Jones of The Water Institute for membership in 2023.
“Beaux brings talent, experience, and a passion for Louisiana that will further C100’s efforts in business recruitment and retention,” said C100 CEO Michael Olivier.
Jones is the Acting President and CEO for The Water Institute. Prior to becoming the Acting President and CEO, Mr. Jones was the General Counsel and Chief of Staff at The Water Institute where he handled a wide array of non-profit management and legal matters, such as contracts and immigration law. He also was a key member of the leadership team, merging the Institute’s ongoing work in science, engineering, and resiliency with legal policy.
