Drinking water at risk?

There’s concern that the source for the drinking water serving Baton Rouge, along with the northern 10 parishes of Southeastern, LA., is at risk because of overuse from industry. The Water Institute of the Gulf has been selected to devise Phase B of a strategic plan for ground water.
