Donna Averion has 10 years of experience in proposal management and marketing for non-profit and for-profit organizations. She has helped secure multi-million-dollar projects for water supply, conveyance, treatment, and flood protection with scope varying from planning, design through construction.
Prior to joining the Institute, she worked as a Proposal Manager for Arcadis and Communications Intern for WhyHunger and the Office of the Assistant Secretary General for Human Resources at the United Nations.
At the Institute, Donna will work closely with Institute directors and technical teams throughout the proposal process from opportunity identification to proposal close-out and help promote the Institute’s projects and accomplishments toward accomplishing its mission and vision.
Donna received her Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey, and Master’s in Management of Technology and Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from De La Salle Lipa, Philippines.
